As a strict vegetarian, I am always on the lookout for tasty restaurants and cafes that have plant-based options. The Portland food scene is unmatched for vegetarians and vegans. There are countless options across the city that should be uncovered. When we were tasked to create a publication on any subject, I thought this topic would be perfect to explore.
